    The City Pavilion is the perfect venue for any celebration, party, wedding of corporate event. This stunning jewel in the crown of the City Pavilion is The Millennium Suite and has received acolades from all over the world and is now one of the most sought after venues in the South East. What ever your occassion, the Millennium Suite will enhance your event and wow your guests.

    Our more modest venue is The Manhattan Suite, is ideal for a conferences, small meetings, weddings, shows and parties. As well as accommodating events for outside organizations, the Manhattan Suite is also used for events organised by the City Pavilion.

    Panna’s restaurant, now with its newly completed bar, has an atmosphere all of its own, unique in the area. This 220 seater area combines the ability to host large groups with the feeling that you are in a very private small secluded space in a romantic outside cafe environment. The stars twinkle above, the houses around and the steadily flowing fountain give a courtyard feel, and then there is the food! We confidently assert that this is probably the best Asian (Indian and Chinese) food for many a mile.

    The 700 space car park and the helicopter landing space make this an ideal venue to host your wedding.     Manhattan SuiteThe Manhattan Suite at The City Pavilion is a flexible and self contained function suite that can accommodate up to 400 people standing and up to 270 in a banqueting style. The function room can be divided into 2 sections for smaller meetings or for use as a meeting room one side and for refreshments on the other. The suite is served by its own kitchen and also has its own bar. It is ideal for a conferences, small meetings, weddings, shows and parties.

    We all know that the most important part of any wedding is the venue. Designed to impress by Award Winning Polish designer Piotr Welniak whose international reputation for style and innovation has been confirmed by his design here and of the swanky RS Lounge, our sister company you can be assured that in choosing The Millennium Suite, you guarantee the Wow factor from your guests.

    Catering from 300 guests up to 1200 in a cabaret style, the Millennium Suite is the largest luxury venue in East London. Its versatility is only restricted to your imagination and we can tailor make your big day to your exact specifications.     Civil ceremony

    The Millennium Suite consists of a number of rooms, not simply the grand hall adorned by crystal laden chandeliers. The Suite boasts a dedicated civil ceremony room able to accommodate around 150 to 200 guests. This is just one of a number of rooms in the venue in which you can have the Civil Ceremony and get that all important certificate. Please note that arrangements have to be made with the local registrar to attend the wedding so when you are choosing your dates, you need to make sure the registrar can attend. We can contact them on your behalf, or you can contact them direct.

    Our food is catered by award winning chef who has been serving the international market for the last 25 years.  We have separate kitchens for Vegetarian and non vegetarian food, where our chef takes a traditional recipe, adds his own special touch of creativity and prepares it using authentic cooking techniques. Appetisers include such delights as Tandoori Broccoli: broccoli florets marinated with ginger, carome seed, cream cheese and spices grilled in a clay oven. For the main course try Malmali Kofta: homemade cheese balls in a rich sauce flavoured with cardamom; and Chicken Chettinad: a hot and spicy tender chicken cooked with freshly ground black pepper, chopped onions, tomatoes and Chef’s own blend of freshly ground spices. Whatever you choose you’re sure to enjoy the exquisite flavours brought to you by Panna’s catering.

    Of course, you don’t have to take our word for it, you can try the food for yourself either by visiting Panna’s restaurant or by arranging a food tasting for the menu you require. The beauty of using Panna’s Catering is that you not only get fabulous food, but you get flexibility as well. You can discuss your menu with Ali and once agreed, you can sit back knowing that the food is taken care of and it will be superb.

    Where you can party all night long

    Think of a venue, known for style, great lighting, great sound, outside central London, accommodating over 650 cars in the car park, easily accessible, with a large dance floor and where 1200 can be seated in a banqueting style or around 2000 in a theatre format, and you be thinking of the Millennium Suite at the City Pavilion in Collier Row. The large open space is ideal for a comedy night, musical evening, concert, large birthday or Christmas party, infact any kind or party or entertainment event that you could think of.

    The staging can be constructed to a variety of heights and can be located anywhere within the hall, giving you, the event organiser total flexibility in the configuration you need to ensure your event is a success.

    The Millennium Suite also consists of a number of small changing rooms each with their own shower and toilet facilities. So if you need changing rooms for the stars of your show then we have everything they could want.

    We carry an extensive range of drinks in all our bars and these include everything from soda water to top of the range Champagnes. Everything is on site, ensuring your party will go with a bang.

    The Millennium and Manhattan Suites are the perfect venue for your corporate event. The whole suite has been designed with adaptability in mind. This main room has no pillars so that wherever the stage is situated all will have a clear view of the proceedings. The sound system can be accessed and controlled from a number of points in the room and large TV screens etc can be located anywhere within the space ensuring the best possible audio visual experience. You can dress the space according to the needs of your particular event. A conference format, allowing 2000+ to attend your presentation or 1200+ at your gala/charity dinner.

    The Suites are not an isolated room in the middle of no where. It is part of The City Pavilion in Collier Row, situated 1 mile from the main A12. There is no need to worry about where to park your vehicle either. We have 650 parking spaces and an overflow carpark capability. And if you prefer to travel in a helicopter, we can accommodate that too. You can land right next to the building!

    With 5 bars, 2 restaurants, a 34 lane bowling alley and a host of other function and breakout rooms in the venue we can provide everything you need for that corporate conference, product launch, business awards, team building exercise, exhibition or glittering dinner.     With breakout rooms for seminars, several bars and 2 restaurants as well as a 34 lane bowling complex also within the venue, your visitors will be sure to have all they need on the one site.

    With lift access to the main hall, your exhibitors will easily be able to set up their stands. The in house audio visual and lighting capability  will add that extra touch of class to your event.

    Millennium SuiteThe Millennium Suite at the City Pavilion is now established as one of London’s foremost venues. Everyone that enters the space is immediately impressed by the size and quality of the room in front of them. Seasoned venue finders have been heard describing it as the “best venue in London of its size and capacity“. If you drive into the car park of the City Pavilion, the view ahead of you is impressive.

    There is nothing however that quite prepares you for the inside of the building. The clue that the venue has a large capacity is in the car park, comfortably coping with 650+ cars. Walk through the doors and up the stairs and through the grand entrance of the Millennium Suite and you are presented with a room that can seat over 2000 people. Since there are no pillars in the room you can see whatever event is in progress clearly. The portable stage can be assembled in any part of the hall and can be as small or as large as you require.

    The superb Swarovski crystal fibre optic chandeliers are complimented by subtle wall lighting all of which can be programmed to the colour of your choice. The state of the art background and dance floor sound systems giving superb clarity to both speech and music that is clear where ever you sit in this stunning arena.

    Our food is catered by an award winning chef who has been serving the international market for the last 14 years. We have the privilege of two separate kitchens for Vegetarian and non vegetarian food.

    We can accommodate parties for up-to 220 people, small sections available for private use and fixed menu’s available. Bar area available for small private parties until 0100 hrs.

    Volti Noti Italian Dining

    Every dish is cooked fresh from our kitchens by his experience team of Italian chefs. Live cooking of pizzas and pastas is an added feature and will certainly contribute to the ambience of this fresh and elegant eatery. With a private room for up to 80 people, there is ample space to accommodate birthday parties or corporate dinners.

    Our food is catered by an award winning chef who has been serving the international market for the last 14 years. We have the privilege of two separate kitchens for Vegetarian and non vegetarian food.

    We can accommodate parties for up-to 220 people, small sections available for private use and fixed menu’s available. Bar area available for small private parties until 0100 hrs.

    Appetisers include such delights as Tandoori Broccoli, broccoli florets marinated with ginger, carome seed, cream cheese and spices grilled in a clay oven. Karari Bhindi , juliennes of Okra rolled in Spice Gram Flour & crispy fried.

    For the main course try Malmali Kofta, homemade cheese balls in a rich sauce flavoured with cardamom. Chicken Chettinad, a hot and spicy tender chicken cooked with freshly ground black pepper, chopped onions, tomatoes and Chef’s own blend of freshly ground spices.

    Superb Italian Food in a wonderful venue

    Themed in Homage of all Italian personalities from actors to politicians, sports stars to fashion icons of past or current generations. Volti Noti is The City Pavilion new venture. With its 200 printed chairs with Italian “Famous Faces” (as per its name’s English translation) you certainly won’t have seen it anywhere else in the UK. Freshly cooked pizzas and pastas is the main focus but Marco Camproraso, appointed Head Chef, has added few twists and specialties and as per Panna’s restaurant our fine Dining Indian, there are two pizza ovens to accommodate both veg and non-vegetarian lovers.

    Every dish is cooked fresh from our kitchens by his experience team of Italian chefs. Live cooking of pizzas and pastas is an added feature and will certainly contribute to the ambience of this fresh and elegant eatery.
